Air Liquide Acquires U.S. Specialty Gases Firm

Air Liquide says it has agreed to acquire Scott Specialty Gases (Plumsteadville, PA), a producer of specialty gases. Terms were not disclosed. Scott has annual sales of about $88 million, Air Liquide says. Completion of the deal is subject to regulatory approval.
