In an open letter to DuPont Chairman Charles Holliday, Monsanto CEO Hugh Grant accuses DuPont of a "serious breach of business ethics." DuPont says Monsanto's anti-competitive business practices are illegal and hurt farmers, consumers, and independent seed companies....
