KWS to increase R&D spending, build new research facility in US

KWS (Einbeck, Germany), a major player in the seeds business, says it will increase R&D spending in fiscal 2014, when it plans to spend €160 million ($217.2 million) on research and breeding, to meet the increasing needs of a sustainable agriculture.
