Dow AgroSciences to Acquire Assets of Seed Company

Dow AgroSciences says it will acquire the assets of seed company Grand Valley Hybrids (Grand Junction, CO). The acquisition complements Dow AgroSciences’ Mycogen seeds brand and its western U.S. silage business, the company says. Financial terms were not disclosed.
