Dow AgroSciences to Acquire Assets of Seed Company

Dow AgroSciences says it will acquire the assets of seed company Grand Valley Hybrids (Grand Junction, CO). The acquisition complements Dow AgroSciences’ Mycogen seeds brand and its western U.S. silage business, the company says. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dow AgroSciences will acquire the Grand Valley sales and marketing areas, as well as the administrative services of the business, under the terms of the agreement.
