Dow AgroScience, Bayer CropScience Swap Cotton Traits

Dow AgroSciences and Bayer CropScience say they have agreed to cross-license their cotton traits. The agreement allows Dow to market Bayer's glyphosate-tolerant trait in its own PhytoGen cottonseeds in the U.S., with an option to license Bayer's trait in other territories as Bayer attains regulatory approvals.
