Bayer CropScience to acquire German microbial crop protection supplier Prophyta

Bayer CropScience has signed an agreement to acquire microbial crop protection supplier Prophyta (Malchow, Germany), including the target’s R&D laboratories and its production and formulation facilities in Wismar, in northern Germany, Bayer announced today.
