BASF, DuPont Both File Claims Over Traits

BASF today filed a lawsuit in the in the U.S. District Court  for the District of Delaware claiming DuPont's Optimum GAT corn trait infringes upon BASF's own herbicide-tolerant trait known as AHAS or ALS inhibitors.
