Univar Hooks Up with Innophos in Europe

Univar’s pharma ingredients unit has signed an agreement with Innophos (Cranbury, NJ), under which Univar will distribute Innophos’s excipients in parts of Europe, Univar told CW at the CPhI pharmaceutical manufacturing expo, held in Milan earlier this month (CW, Oct. 10/17, p. 34). The deal, which includes calcium phosphate-based excipients, is an exclusive supply agreement across key European markets of France, Ireland, and the U.K., but it is not exclusive across the whole of Europe, says Jeremy Drummond, director/European Pharma Industry at Univar...
