The two companies signed a share transfer agreement today. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. MBJ manufactures and contract manufactures active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and pharma intermediates produced using proprietary production technology created by combining biotechnology with fermentation technology.
