Tessenderlo Group sells pharma ingredients business to International Chemical Investors

Tessenderlo Group said today that it intends to sell its pharmaceutical ingredients activities Farchemia and Calaire Chimie to International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG; Frankfurt), a private industrial holding company. The sale involves two production sites based in Italy and France.
