Markets :: Fine Chemicals/Biotech :: Pharmaceutical ingredients Siegfried Divests Sidroga Division1:30 PM MDT | July 24, 2007 | Alex Scott Siegfried (Zofingen, Switzerland) says that it has agreed to sell its Sidroga division, which produces medicinal beverages and herbal medicines, to Santo Holding (Zollikon, Switzerland) for an undisclosed amount. The deal is expected to go into effect on April 30, Siegfried says. Sidroga generated sales of approximately SF39 million ($32 million) in 2006, about 11% of Siegfried’s total.
