Shasun Pharmaceuticals and SeQuent form global animal health JV

Shasun Pharmaceuticals (Chennai, India) and SeQuent Scientific (Bangalore, India) say that they today signed an agreement to form a joint venture to develop, manufacture, and sell veterinary products, including active pharmaceutical ingredients and formulations to supply the global market. The companies last July signed a letter of intent to form the jv.   As part of the agreement, Shasun is transferring its Vizag manufacturing facility to the new jv.
