Private equity firm acquires Cambridge Major for $212 million

Cambridge Major Laboratories (CML; Germantown, WI), a producer of pharmaceutical intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and private equity firm American Capital (Bethesda, MD) say that American Capital has invested $212 million to acquire CML.
