Teva’s API business reports fall in sales The active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) business of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (PetaŠł• Tiqwa, Israel) reports a 9.5% fall in sales in the second quarter of 2013, compared with the year-ago period, to $181 million. For the six-month period ended 30 June, the API business reports an 8% fall in sales, compared with the first six months of 2012, to $367 million.
