Siegfried reports huge rise in profits Siegfried (Zofingen, Switzerland), a producer of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), intermediates, and finished drugs, reports a more than doubling in net profits for 2012, compared with 2011, to 20.9 million Swiss franc ($22.2 million). Full-year sales increased 12.1% to SF367.8 million. Ebitda increased 24%, to SF45.4 million.
