DSM AND SINOCHEM ESTABLISH ANTI-INFECTIVES JV DSM and Sinochem have established the previously announced 50-50 joint venture for the DSM Anti-Infectives business. The necessary regulatory approvals and customary clearances from competition authorities have been received, DSM says.
