IMCD ACQUIRES PHARMA INGREDIENTS DISTRIBUTOR IN MALAYSIA Distributor IMCD Group (Rotterdam), says it has acquired the pharmaceutical ingredients distribution business of Maxwell Pharma (Petaling Jaya, Malaysia), a privately owned company. Financial details were not disclosed. Maxwell, which was established in 2000, is a distributor of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients, and the company also has businesses in clinical studies and skin care products.
