Lonza chairman denies takeover discussions By Ian Young Lonza chairman Rolf Soiron has denied speculation that the company has held acquisition talks with a potential buyer for Lonza. Soiron told Swiss newspaper SonntagsZeitung, in an interview published yesterday, that "there are and were no talks, not to mention negotiations."
