EVONIK EXPANDS PRODUCTION CAPACITY AND BUILDS A LABORATORY FOR HPAPIS Evonik Industries says it has expanded the production capacity for highly potent active pharmaceutical ingredients (HPAPIs) on a kilogram scale at its Tippecanoe Laboratories (Lafayette, IN) site. Evonik had acquired Tippecanoe Laboratories from Eli Lilly in 2009. Evonik says it has also set up a new laboratory for HPAPIs at Hanau, Germany.
