Pfizer to Sell Feucht Production Site by Year End

Pfizer is at the "binding offer stage" of selling its major manufacturing site at Feucht, Germany and says that it expects to agree a sale by year end, CW has learned. Pfizer disclosed at the start of this year that it was planning to sell its Feucht site. Neither the financial terms nor the name of the potential purchaser were disclosed.  The Feucht site currently undertakes a range of processes and manufactures pharma products for third parties and for Pfizer.
