Grindeks Opens API Plant in Latvia

Pharmaceutical company Grindeks (Riga, Latvia) says it has opened an active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) manufacturing unit at Riga. Construction of the plant began in 2009 following a cooperation agreement on regular ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) supply was concluded with Marenis Pharma (Bingen am Rhein, Germany).
