Fine Chemicals: Cambridge Major Buys ChemShop

  Fine chemicals contract manufacturer Cambridge Major Laboratories (Germantown, WI) says it has acquired active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) development services company ChemShop (Weert, The Netherlands). Financial details were not disclosed. ChemShop will adopt the new name Cambridge Major Laboratories Europe. Cambridge Major started 2007 with about 75 staff.
