FDA Reform Bill Advances to Conference

The U.S. House of Representatives has approved the Food and Drug Administration Reform Act of 2012 (H.R. 5651), including a generic drug user fee program. A Senate version of the bill passed that body earlier this month, meaning that the House and Senate must conference to reconcile the two bills for a final version.
