Colorcon Acquires Indian Excipients Firm

Colorcon (Harleysville, PA), a company that provides formulated coatings and other excipients for the pharmaceutical and dietary/food/nutritional supplement industries, says it has acquired pharma excipients manufacturer Pharmaceutical Coatings (Navi Mumbai, India). The acquisition includes the complete product portfolio of Pharmaceutical Coatings and its new manufacturing facility at Goa, India, that is currently under construction.
