Chemspec: Growth in Agchems Demand Lifts Fine Chemicals Sector

This year wasn’t mean to be a good year for the agchems market, but that is rapidly changing and it is lifting sales across the fine chemicals sector, say fine chemical manufacturers interviewed by CW at the Chemspec expo today in Geneva, Switzerland. Companies including Bayer, Halocarbon, Saltigo and Weylchem say their agchems customers have been seeking more product than had been anticipated at the end of 2010.
