Catalent Buys 49% of Pharma Encapsulation Firm

Catalent Pharma Solutions (Somerset, NJ), a group offering a broad range of pharmaceutical services, has acquired the 49% it does not already own in R.P. Scherer (Eberbach, Germany), a pharmaceuticals encapsulation company, from Gelita (Eberbach), a producer of collagen proteins for the food, health & nutrition, and pharmaceutical industries. R.P.
