Cambrex appoints former Teva CEO as board vice chairman

Cambrex (East Rutherford, NJ) says it has appointed Shlomo Yanai to its board of directors and will serve as its non-executive vice chairman.  Yanai was the president and CEO of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (Petach Tikva, Israel), the largest generic pharmaceutical manufacturer in the world, until his retirement in mid-2012.
