BASF Merges Orgamol Pharma Solutions and Fine Chemicals Subsidiaries in Switzerland

BASF says it has merged its subsidiaries BASF Orgamol Pharma Solutions (Evionnaz, Switzerland) and BASF Fine Chemicals Switzerland (Evionnaz) to form a single company dubbed BASF Pharma (Evionnaz) at Evionnaz. Martin Widmann has been named the president of the new company. Widmann was formerly general manager of BASF Fine Chemicals Switzerland and the head of BASF’s Pharma Ingredients & Services business unit.
