Arsenal's IGM Resins buys Chinese firm

IGM Resins (Charlotte, NC), an ultraviolet inks and coatings firm, has acquired Insight High Technology (IHT; Beijing), a maker of photoinitiators, pharma intermediates, and fine chemicals in China, the company says. Terms of the transactions, including financial details, have not been disclosed. The deal gives IGM greater access to the Asian ultraviolet market, as well as new technologies in photoinitiators and pharma intermediates, IGM says.
