An increase of 10%-15% is currently in effect as a result of global increases in raw material and energy costs, the company says. This new pricing structure affects bulk amino acids sold worldwide by Ajinomoto and the company’s subsidiaries. “We will continuously explore opportunities in which we can keep production costs as low as possible,” says Hiroshi Fukushi, executive corporate officer and general manager of Amino Acids...
