Sigma-Aldrich to Buy U.S. Biopharma Services Firm for $350 Million

Sigma-Aldrich has agreed to acquire BioReliance Holdings (Rockville, MD), a provider of global biopharmaceutical testing services, for $350 million in cash from Avista Capital Partners (New York).
