Excelsyn Mulls Technology Backlog Spin-Off

Excelsyn (Holywell, U.K.), a custom synthesis firm, may spin off a backlog of six fields of intellectual property (IP) into a separate company, CW has learned. The IP relates to four distinct areas of biotransformation technology and two organometallic catalyst technologies. Shott: May approach venture capital firms.
