DSM Acquires German Biotech Firm

DSM says it has entered into an agreement to acquire privately held biotechnology company Biopract (Berlin). Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition of Biopract will serve as an entry point for DSM into the biogas market, which is growing at 15%-20%/ year, DSM says.
