Verdesian Life Sciences acquires INTX Microbials

Plant health and nutrition firm Verdesian Life Sciences (Cary, NC) announced today that it has acquired INTX Microbials (Kentland, IN). The deal adds inoculant, seed treatment, and biological growth enhancement products to Verdesian's portfolio. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
