The home and garden pesticides sector, excluding commercial pesticide treatments in residential setting, accounts for roughly 20% of the overall formulated pesticide market, Freedonia says. Pesticides include insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides. Insecticides are the largest pesticide category, growing at 5%/year, Freedonia says (chart).
