Novozymes acquires TJ Technologies

Novozymes says it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire TJ Technologies, a Watertown, SD–based provider of microbial and micronutrient products that enhance plant growth, increase stress tolerance, and improve yields. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
