Makhteshim Agan to Acquire DuPont’s Non-Mixture Diuron Business

Agchem company Makhteshim Agan (Tel Aviv) says it will acquire the global non-mixture diuron business of DuPont Crop Protection. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Makhteshim Agan will receive rights, registrations and supporting regulatory data for all of DuPont’s non-mixture diuron herbicides, including its Direx and Karmex brands, according to the terms of the deal.
