Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Makhteshim Agan will receive rights, registrations and supporting regulatory data for all of DuPont’s non-mixture diuron herbicides, including its Direx and Karmex brands, according to the terms of the deal. Diuron is a urea herbicide used in agricultural and industrial and vegetation management applications to control a variety of annual and perennial broadleaf and grassy weeds...
