Makhteshim Agan forms subsidiary in Lithuania

Makhteshim Agan (MAI), a global leader in crop protection solutions together with its 55% owned subsidiary Makhteshim-Agan Benelux & Nordic (Mabeno) today announced the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Vilnius, Lithuania called UAB Makhteshim-Agan Benelux & Nordic (UAB Mabeno).
