Israel Chemicals Ltd (ICL; Tel Aviv) says it has formed a joint venture with fertilizer manufacturer Zuari Industries (Goa, India) to produce and distribute water-soluble fertilizers in India. ICL and Zuari will establish a 10,000-m.t./year plant at an undisclosed location to make water-soluble NPK fertilizers.
