ECHA requests testing proposals for fatty acid derivatives

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) has requested testing proposals for four fatty acid derivatives under the European Union’s Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (Reach) regulations. The substances are reaction products of tall oil fatty acids with diethylenetriamine, and maleic anhydride, for the endpoints sub-chronic toxicity (90-day), oral; and reproductive toxicity (pre-natal developmental toxicity); reaction products of tall oil fatty acids with C16-C18 and C18-unsaturated, branched, and linear fatty acids...

The information in this article is not related to any fatty acid derivatives from what I can tell. Primicarb is a carbamate derivative. Seems that something got scrambled at ChemicalWeek when this item was posted.
