DuPont and Monsanto Fight for Seed Market Share

Seed Wars: Monsanto and DuPont are looking to upgrade farmers to higher-value seeds. DuPont says market share gains in North America will boost earnings for its Pioneer Hi-Bred seed business. Based on U.S. Department of Agriculture data, the company says it added 1 percentage point share in corn and 4 points in soybeans.
