This Week on CW: Third-quarter earnings started coming in this week, and they were generally strong. PPG's earnings rose 65%, while Air Products' rose 20%, beating estimates. Cytec's earnings tripled, though they fell short of estimates. BASF is expecting a strong quarter, as well.
