CF Prices Debt

CF Industries has priced its previously announced $1.6 billion debt issuance, which will be composed of two $800 million parts. One part will carry a 6.875% interest rate and come due in 2018, while the other will carry a 7.125% interest rate and come due in 2020. The company will pay interest on the debt twice per year, on May 1 and November 1, starting this year on November 1. The debt sale is expected to close on April 23.
