Biopesticide Maker Breaks Ground on Retrofit Project

Marrone Bio Innovations (MBI; Davis, CA) says it has begun developing a former biodiesel facility at Bangor, MI, to manufacture its natural pest management products for the agriculture and water treatment markets. The repurposed facility is set to begin operations in early 2013. The Bangor facility will complement MBI's existing third-party manufacturing relationships.
