Bayer CropScience to acquire start-up seeds company in Argentina

Bayer CropScience announced today that it entered into an agreement to purchase the start-up company FN Semillas (Buenos Aires). FN Semillas specializes in breeding, production and marketing of improved soybean seeds in Argentina. The acquisition confirms Bayer CropScience’s commitment to Argentina and marks the company’s entry into the soybean seeds market in the country.
