Under one deal, Bayer CropScience will grant Monsanto a royalty-bearing, non-exclusive license for its LiberyLink herbicide tolerance technology for use in corn and soybeans. Monsanto will have the option to market corn and soybean seeds containing both LibertyLink and Monsanto’s Roundup Ready, under the deal.
