Bayer CropScience and Monsanto Swap Some Pesticide Licenses

Bayer CropScience and Monsanto have entered into several long-term licensing agreements for their respective herbicide and insecticide technologies. Under one deal, Bayer CropScience will grant Monsanto a royalty-bearing, non-exclusive license for its LiberyLink herbicide tolerance technology for use in corn and soybeans.
