Bayer CropScience Receives Compensation from Imidacloprid "Infringers"

Bayer CropScience says it has succeded in enforcing its European patent for imidacloprid insecticide against a number of agrochemical suppliers within the European Union (EU) and against a generic manufacturer based in China.   The company took action against U.K. based Agropharm Limited; Spain's Roots Ingenieros; and Eastsun Chemical Co., based in China.
