BASF Sells Agchem Site in India

BASF India (Mumbai) says it will sell its agchem site at Dadra, India to Sonachi Industries (Mumbai) for Rs.51.5 million ($1.1 million). As part of the rationalization measures undertaken by the company, BASF stopped production of agchems at the Dadra site in July this year. “Dadra is a small agchem unit, where BASF conducted some of its formulation activities.
