AgChem R&D Costs Up 68% in 10 Years

Costs associated with the discovery, development and registration of new pesticides have increased 68.4% in the past 10 years to an average of €189 million ($255 million), according to a study by Phillips McDougall (Edinburgh, U.K.), an agribusiness consulting firm.
