Agrifos produces primarily ammonium sulfate fertilizer and owns and operates a plant at Pasadena, TX. The deal is expected to close within a week. Rentech Nitrogen will distribute the cash per unit to its unit holders beginning in 2013, when the deal is expected to close. Rentech is the majority holder of Rentech Nitrogen, which owns a nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing plant at East Dubuque, IL. The company has also expanded its debt...
